Reimagine Frontline Work
Frontline workers have had a torrid time over the past couple of years. While the rest of the global workforce adapted to pre-work school runs and kitchen-table conferences, remote staff had to remain at their post, dealing head-on with the financial and logistical pressures of the pandemic.
It’s no surprise that many were thinking of packing it in altogether. According to a 2022 McKinsey survey, 63% of US retail managers were considering leaving their jobs, while research conducted by Hospital 1Q in 2021 found the same was true for as many as 90% of nurses.
